Nicole Bourne- Managing Director
Nicole is the Managing Director and Head of Options’ Temporary Division, where she leads the firm’s human resources and temporary/contract recruitment practice. Known for her operational discipline and results-driven approach, she brings a practical mindset to solving complex workforce and staffing challenges. Nicole is deeply committed to delivering outcomes and approaches her work with the understanding that consistency, responsiveness, and execution matter.
A natural problem solver, Nicole places strong emphasis on building durable relationships with clients, candidates, and internal teams. Her ability to balance business objectives with people-focused solutions has resulted in long-standing client partnerships and a track record of exceeding service expectations.
Nicole joined Options in 1998 after transitioning from the financial industry and has played a key role in the firm’s growth ever since. Recognized as a trusted advisor and leader, she has been instrumental in implementing key business initiatives, including the development of the firm’s Internship Program. Her leadership style is hands-on and collaborative, grounded in accountability and continuous improvement.
With formal education in Human Resources and experience spanning the financial and media sectors, Nicole brings a well-rounded perspective to workforce strategy. Her background in sales, negotiations, brand management, and client relationship management informs her ability to lead, develop, and mentor high-performing recruitment teams.
Today, Nicole’s focus is on expanding Options’ temporary and contract staffing capabilities while strengthening long-term client relationships. She works closely with organizations to understand both immediate staffing needs and broader workforce objectives, positioning herself as a trusted partner in talent and human resources solutions.
